PJG Buyer Protection

Every marketplace order is paid through Stripe and covered by our Buyer Protection. If something goes wrong, report it within 7 days and we'll make it right.

What's covered

Item not received

Your order never arrives, or the tracking never moves. You get a full refund to your original payment method.

Item not as described

The card's condition, grade or photos are materially different from the listing. Return it for a full refund — when it's the seller's fault, the seller pays the return shipping.

Counterfeit or altered card

A card sold as authentic that turns out to be fake or altered is always covered. Any PJG-graded card's serial can be verified at any time.

How it works

Report within 7 days

Open a problem report from your order page within 7 days of delivery — or after the expected delivery date if the order never arrived.

We review with both sides

The PJG team reviews the order, photos and messages from both buyer and seller. Most cases are resolved within a few business days.

Refund through Stripe

Approved cases are refunded in full to your original payment method through Stripe. We never ask for your bank details.

🔬 Cards in PJG custody — extra protection

Some graded cards are sold while physically stored at PJG (grading custody). Those cards were inspected by our graders and ship directly from our facility — the exact card you see is the card you get.

What's not covered

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse after a correctly described purchase.
  • Damage that happens after the order was delivered to you.
  • Purchases made outside PJG marketplace checkout.

Buyer Protection applies to marketplace orders paid through PJG checkout. Grading service fees follow their own refund policy — see the Returns page.
