One commission, everything included, nothing hidden. This page shows the live rates the system actually charges â and what they pay for.
Where it goes
Runs the marketplace: hosting, escrow buyer protection, seller tools, verification infrastructure and support.
What we pay card and PromptPay providers to accept the buyerâs payment. The real cost varies (~1.8â5.2% depending on how the buyer pays) â we flat-rate it so every seller pays the same on every order, no surprises.
The split above is how the single all-in rate is used â you are never charged the two parts separately. Minimum commission $0.30 per order covers the payment providerâs fixed per-transaction fee on very small orders.
Worked example
Commission is charged on card price + shipping (the eBay model). Buyer-paid tax goes to the state, not to PJG or the seller. You see this same preview before you confirm any listing price.

Competitor rates as published on their official fee pages, July 2026 â typical non-store, non-program rates; they may change. We list them so you can compare like-for-like: every platform passes payment costs to sellers â we just say so out loud.
Paid membership tiers reduce the all-in commission step by step (8% â 7.5%) and add quota benefits. The rate you actually get is always shown next to every price field and in your earnings.

Buyers pay the listed price + the sellerâs shipping + any applicable tax shown at checkout. PJG adds no buyer fee. Every order is covered by Buyer Protection.
When you get paid
- A sale is held as âpending deliveryâ (escrow) until the buyer confirms receipt â or automatically 7 days after domestic shipping / 14 days international.
- Released funds become withdrawable from My Listings; the minimum withdrawal is small and shown on the page.
- Thai bank transfers are free. PayPal/Wise international transfers have the providerâs fee deducted from the transfer amount.
